Christmas 2012

Merry Christmas from the Cross Family!!!

Christmas Eve 2012
This is Alexia's 2nd Christmas. Keeping with Nikki's family tradition, Lexi was able to open her Christmas Pajamas on Christmas Eve.

After Opening them, and getting dressed, Lexi helped Mommy and Daddy make Christmas Cookies.  She made sure to leave some out for Santa to enjoy tonight.

And of course a Thank You note for coming to visit!!

Christmas Day

Boy did Santa Deliver!!!  Our living room was packed full of gifts for the family!!!  Santa left Lexi a stocking full of her favorite treats!

Then Lexi got straight to work on her presents

After she was done opening presents, we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house, where she got a Princess Castle Painting!!!   Cant wait to put it up in her room!

Then we went to Aunt Jamie's house, and celebrated with Jared's family!

Hope everyone had a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Alexia's First Birthday

Alexia is officially a year old!!  WOW!!  Can not believe I have been a mommy for a year now!  She is such an incredible little girl, and just learning to walk!!  So proud of her, and I can not wait to see what is in store for us this year!!

When we were planning her birthday, Jared and I decided that we didn't want to have it super girly, since I am sure we will have PLENTY of those!  So we went for a more gender neutral, and added some purple with it.  The cake was made by my friend, Nicole Parker from Colies Cakes.  She did a WONDERFUL Job!    This first one is her Birthday Cake.

And this is Lexi's Smash Cake.

We also provided cookies as well, so people could have a choice in treat.

Also had some yummy punch!

Lexi had lots of friends and family come to her party!  and got lots of fun gifts!  She was unsure about how to unwrap, but of course, she is only 1!!!   She did have lots of fun ripping the paper tho!  although she got tired of it pretty quick.

Then it was time to sing Happy Birthday, and let her dig in to her smash cake!  Wasnt sure what to do at first, but dug in after a while.

To continue celebrating, we also took Lexi swimming at North Shore

And also to the Aquarium!

Alexia's First Easter

So its Lexi's first Easter.  She is huge into stuffed animals, and Sesame Street (especially Elmo and I know it)
Besides me making her a Bunny Fuzzy Pal, we got her a few other cute things that she can use.

Here are a couple pre-Easter pics we took of her.  Letting her practice with her eggs

For the Family Easter Party, we made a Bunny Cake

Alexia's Half Birthday!

Yes, we are the lame parents that celebrated Lexi turning 6 months! Dont Judge!!

We decided that its only fitting to celebrate half a birthday with Half a cake! (dont worry, she didnt get to eat any of it lol. )  But we did let her play!
