Lexi's 2nd Birthday

Lexi is turning TWO! Can not believe it!!  We decided this year, we are going Monster!  Made a few dozed cupcakes for everyone to build their own monster.  Turned out super cute!!

For the tables, we decided to make them into giant Monster Tables.  The first one was for the cupcakes.  Isn't he cute?

The second one is in charge of watching over the presents, and keeping them safe.

We also made cute little harry monsters out of string and googly eyes!

For the cupcakes, We make a few dozen hairy cupcakes for our guests to pick from.

From there, they are able to pick our different arms, antennae, eyes, and wings to decorate how they wanted to.

We got some really cute cupcakes!

Then it was time to open presents! she got LOTS of fun things!!!

BTW, Super cute Monster Dress made by my friend Tiffany Heffernon! She did amazing, right?

After presents, We sang Happy Birthday to Lexi!

Of course, our decorations didnt last very long.... our Mini Monster got a hold of them...

Making of Lexi's 2nd Birthday

We are always calling Lexi a little Monster, so we decided that this year, we are gonna do a Monster Theme birthday party!!!  Of course, This year, Lexi got to jump in on the fun an helping to create!   There are NO monster theme birthdays out there for little girls, so we had to create our own everything!  It was fun!

We made these giant monsters for the tables.  Of course, Lexi decided she needed to be a present, and wrapped herself up!

We decided this year, we are going to do "Build your own Monster" cupcakes! So we made a few dozen hairy cupcakes for people to choose from.

Then we got busy on making the Main birthday cakes for everyone!  We decided that we wanted to do two of them.  A larger one for people to eat, and a smaller one for Lexi to destroy if she wanted.  Lexi helped Decorate them.

The pink is the smaller cake

Spotted is the larger.

Finished project. For the eyes, we just took some big marshmallows and dunked them in the frosting.

Easter 2013

Happy Easter!!!
2013
Thanks to an awesome deal, we were able to get Lexi the Princess Castle for Easter.  We wanted to get it for her for Christmas, but didnt have the funds.  So excited!

The day before Easter, we went with Harley and DeAnn to the Clearfield Easter Egg Hunt.  Love this hunt!  There are so many eggs, so even the slowest of gatherers can get a good pile of eggs.  even better, quite a few have little tickets to pick a prize!  Here is Lexi with her new ball and glasses

When it came time to meet the Easter Bunny, Lexi was not having it.  I thought our Easter Bunny was cute....

At the Family Easter Party, Aunt Jamie brought her pet bunny.  Lexi LOVED holding her!
