Meet Raven and Tanzie!
So we have been wanting to get a couple kittens for a long while now. We had some stipulations, like they could not be itty bitty. We wanted to get them at the same time, and we wanted them to already be friends. And Jared said one had to be Black! We went to many shelters, and looked all over the classifieds, and we saw many that would work, but we were still unsure. One Saturday, we decided to check out the Humane Society in SLC. I was super impressed with their enclosures, and everything!!! WOW!! But we walked into the young cats room, and we met a couple girls. They were 3 months, old, so a little younger then we were wanting. But when we took the little Black and White one out, she immediately was drawn to Lexi. The black one was more shy, but also super sweet. We sat in there and played for a while, and decided these were the kitties for our family!!
I went to the front desk to start the adoption process, and during the 20 minutes it took, there were at least 2 other families that wanted to adopt them too. Luckily for us that we got there when we did!!!
These sweet girls, after getting their microchips and shots, got to come home with us that day!! They have been incredible kitties!! And super special for Lexi!
